I already have Facebook and WhatsApp. Why do I need a website?
Keep them. A website works alongside them. People search Google for "aircon service near me" or "bridal house Cheras", and Facebook posts sink after a few days. Your website shows your prices, hours and location any time of day, and the WhatsApp button sends them straight to you.
How do bookings work?
A customer fills in the form on your site. You get an email with their details and a link that opens WhatsApp with their number ready, so you confirm in one tap. No app to install, no system to learn.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain (like yourshop.com.my) is registered in your name. If you ever stop working with me, it stays yours and I hand over the site files.
What happens after the first year?
The first year of hosting and domain is included in every package. After that, the Care Plan is RM80 a month (RM960 a year): domain, hosting, security certificate, booking emails and up to 4 small edits a year. Or pay RM250 once and I move everything to your own accounts.
How long does it take?
About 1 week for Starter, 2 weeks for Standard and 3 weeks for Premium, counted from when I have your photos and prices.
What do I need to give you?
Your prices, opening hours, address and some photos. Phone photos are fine, and I'll tell you what to shoot. A logo if you have one. If you don't, I can make one.
Can I change my prices later?
Yes. The Care Plan covers up to 4 small edits a year, like prices, photos or opening hours. If you change things every month, monthly upkeep covers more.
Will my business show up first on Google?
I can't promise that, and you should be careful of anyone who does. What I do promise: every site is built so Google can read it properly, with the right titles, descriptions, map details and fast loading. That gives you a fair chance, especially for searches in your area.
Can my website be in BM or Chinese?
Yes. Premium includes two languages, English plus BM or 中文. On Starter or Standard, you can add a second language as an add-on. If you have your own translations, I use those. If not, I'll draft them and you check them.
Do you work with businesses outside Malaysia?
Yes, international customers are welcome. Everything happens online: we chat on WhatsApp or Google Meet, and you check each version on your phone. Prices are the same everywhere, in ringgit or US dollars: Starter RM2,000 (US$500), Standard RM3,600 (US$900), Premium RM6,500 (US$1,600). I confirm the full amount before we start. I reply between 9am and 6pm Malaysia time (GMT+8).
Are the example sites real businesses?
No. Embun Aircon, SEAM Detailing, Playful Paws and Tea & Veil are concept sites I built to show what each package does. Everything on them works: the forms, quizzes, price tables and language switch. Your site gets its own design, built around your shop.
Can I use the SME Digitalisation Grant?
Not with me, to be upfront. That grant only pays out through MDEC-listed Digitalisation Partners, and I'm not one. My prices are set so a small shop can pay them without a grant.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit to start, and the balance when your site goes live. You see a free sample of your homepage before you pay anything.
