Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send me through this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What I collect
When you book a chat, the form sends me your name, business name, WhatsApp number, business type, preferred date and time, how you'd like to meet, the package you're interested in, any estimate you built, and your message. I don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this site.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you: to confirm your chat, answer your questions and, if you go ahead, quote and build your website. I don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to my email (Gmail). Both are overseas service providers.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep your details for as long as I look after your website, and as long as the law requires for records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email loganlam821@gmail.com or WhatsApp me, and I'll do it within 21 days.
