Terms of work
These are the plain rules for how I build your website. Before we start, I confirm your package, price and timeline in writing on WhatsApp, and these terms apply to that quote.
Deposit
I start after a 30% deposit. The balance is due before your site goes live on your domain.
If you cancel after approving the free sample but before I finish the build, the deposit is not refunded, because the work has started. If I can't deliver the site we agreed on, I refund your deposit in full.
Revisions
Starter includes 1 round of changes, Standard 2 and Premium 3. One round is one list of changes sent together, not one change at a time. Extra rounds are quoted before I do them.
After launch, small fixes are free for 2 weeks: a typo, a wrong price, a broken link or a photo swap. A new section or page is quoted first.
What you supply
Your photos, prices, opening hours, address and logo (if you have one), within 2 weeks of paying the deposit. If they arrive later, the delivery date moves by the same amount. Translations you supply are used as given. If I draft them, you check them before launch.
Small edits on the Care Plan
The Care Plan includes up to 4 small edits a year. A small edit is changing text, a price, a photo or opening hours on a page that already exists. A new section, a new page or a redesign is new work, and I quote it first.
Hosting and domain
The first year of hosting and domain is included. After that, the Care Plan is RM80 a month (RM960 a year), or a one-time RM250 handover moves everything to your own accounts.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The website files are yours once the balance is paid.
